BB cashew nuts (also known as cashew baby bits, kernel tips, or broken kernels) are a type of cashew consisting of finely broken pieces of cashew kernels and the cashew germ (also called the kernel tip). The cashew germ is the part of the kernel where the highest concentration of nutrients is found.
